Church Description
Flushing Chinese Baptist Church affirms the Bible as the inspired word of God and the foundation of our faith. Our church agrees with the teachings of the "Baptist Faith and Information" accepted by the Southern Baptist Association in 1963. We voluntarily formed a community of baptized believers in Jesus Christ and personally determined to share the gospel of salvation with unbelievers. The liturgy of the church is the baptism of the believers and communion.
Ministry Position Description
We are in search of a devoted and spiritually grounded English Pastor to lead our congregation. The successful candidate will provide spiritual leadership to members, guide individuals to deepen their relationship with God, and uphold the beliefs and practices consistent with our church's denominations. Fluency in English, both in speech and written form, is essential to cater to our English-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of the English congregation.
- Plan, lead and preach at weekly and special worship services.
- Offer pastoral care, providing spiritual guidance & counseling to English-speaking members.
- Conduct baptisms, funerals, and other ceremonies in English.
- Plan and lead outreach activities to nearby English-speaking communities.
Candidate Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Must have graduated with a Master's degree from a recognized seminary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ministry.
- Male candidate.
- Marriage is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Ordination is favored but not essential.
- Must belong to one of the following denominations: Baptist, Christian and Missionary Alliance.
