Ministry Position Description
An interim pastor for the English Ministry (EM) for about a 6-month term with flexibility of renewal. The position can be either part-time or full-time. The interim EM pastor will be primarily responsible for teaching but will also have other pastoral duties in supporting roles. TCCGP will not provide relocation.

Candidate Duties and Responsibilities
- Preaching (about half of the EM preaching schedule) and sharing Sunday school teaching duties.
- Help shepherding the English congregation, including discipleship and caring.
- Work with Adult English Ministry and Youth Ministry leaders to run the English ministries.
- Share overall church responsibilities as a member of the church pastoral staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Meet the Biblical qualifications of a church teacher.
- Subscribe to the doctrinal beliefs of TCCGP.
- Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in ministering to adults and/or youths.
- Ability to work with people of different backgrounds. Previous ministry experience in multi-ethnic or Asian culture preferred.
