Part-Time English Ministry Pastoral Intern

Ministry Description:
Emmanuel Chinese Christian Church in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, is looking for a part-time pastoral intern for the English-speaking ministry. Responsibilities include some Sunday sermon preaching and ministering to a group of young adults ages 22-35 (approx. 12-15 people) and high school students ( 3-5 people). Work with senior pastor to pursue vision of fostering a cross-cultural and cross-generational spiritual family. May also include involvement in Friday night Bible study and other ministry-related activities, which would be further discussed depending on time and interest.
Ministry Requirements:
Current seminary student or alumni. Prefer 30+ years in age, pursuing an MDiv degree, and a passion for the Chinese multi-generational church (OBC and ABC). Conversational Mandarin skills a plus but not necessary.
