Church Description
Mandarin Speaking Ministry (MSM) of CCCC is a multicultural congregation, primarily composed of immigrants from Fuzhou. Our vision is to connect children with their parents to raise a godly next generation. By God's grace, MSM has established a comprehensive system from infants to the elderly and is now growing rapidly and vigorously.
The college ministry consists of a group of college students who were born and raised in the United States and consider MSM as their spiritual home. In the past decade, they are the fruits of the steadily growing youth ministry, with new members joining annually after graduating from the youth fellowship.
The homeschool ministry is a new vision given to us by God three years ago, which has been established and growing under God's providence. This year, we expect to partner with a Christian school to usher in a new breakthrough and development.
Ministry Position Description
I. Overall responsibilities: Being in the ministerial team, serve under the leadership of the MSM pastor, there are two main focus: homeschool ministry, and college ministry.
II. Specific Responsibilities: At the MSM level, the Homeschool and College Ministry Director/Chuandao is responsible for continuing to lead and develop these two ministries (including overall supervision, curriculum arrangement, teaching, counseling, training, etc.), so that they are closely integrated with the overall growth of the MSM and mutually promote each other. At the church level, he/she is part of the ministerial team, which involves participating in the leadership of church's vision, planning, and direction.

- Lead and develop the home schooling ministry
- Educate and train parents and assistants
- Educate students in faith, character, and academic growth
- Establishing a home education system in cooperation with Christian schools
- Lead college student fellowships
- Develop college student leaders
- Building parent ministry teams
- Expanding the evangelization of college students
- Provide holistic pastoral care for college students
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- A full-time calling from God.
- Bachelor's, Master's or higher degree in Biblical Studies or Christian Education.
- We will also consider applicants with experience in college and homeschooling ministry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Preference will be given to applicants with K-12 or college education in the U.S., or to applicants who have studied education at the university level.
Competence
- Mature Christian with a clear understanding of the gospel and regeneration, as well as the ability and a passion for ministry.
- Ability to teach, counsel, develop strategies, and solve problems.
- Ability to mentor and develop leaders.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Has burden on homeschooling and college students.
