Position Description:
Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church is looking for a full-time pastor to provide leadership and oversight to the English ministry.
Position Requirements:
- A leader with a heart to develop and raise up leaders to further God’s kingdom within the Asian and non-Asian communities in the greater Charlotte area
- Strong relational and discipleship skills and spiritual giftings in leadership, pastoring, teaching, administration, and exhortation.
- Oversee and equip lay leadership for church ministries such as Christian Ed, youth and young adult ministries, mission, discipleship, caring
- Has a deep commitment on the spiritual growth of his flock as well as on evangelism
- Seminary degree from an Accredited Seminary or equivalent experience
