Chinese Baptist Church Las Vegas is seeking an English Speaking Youth Minister who will minister to our young people from middle school to college.
Candidate Duties
- To oversee and develop the entire Youth Ministry, which includes everyone in grades 7 through 12.
- May also include work with pre-teens/college.
Responsibilities
- To develop strong relationships with the youth and their families in order to have a greater impact in their lives for Christ.
- To coordinate and plan all ministries related to Youth.
- To establish a Biblically-based and professional Youth Ministry that fits in with the overall ministry of our church.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be in theological agreement with the church constitution.
- Seminary degree preferred.
- Outgoing
- Self-motivated
- Passionate about youth ministry
- Strong Bible teacher for students
- Organized
- Knowledge of and ability to use current tech/media
- Servant heart
- Humble
- Creative
