Position Description:
Chinese Gospel Church (CGC), a Christ-centered, Bible-based, Gospel-centered and theologically reformed, non-denominational 100+ member congregation seeks a bi-lingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Sr. Pastor to lead a bi-lingual evangelical church in Chinatown Philadelphia. The candidate will be called by God to lead and nurture CGC to fulfill its threefold mission of “Proclaiming the Gospel, Equipping the Saints, Sending the Workers” unto the glory of God.
Position Requirements:
Preferred candidate should be living a godly and consistent Christian life. He is called and ordained by an evangelical church (or denomination) to minister to the spiritual needs of the people of the congregation and shall be thoroughly qualified for the office. Have five or more years of full-time ministry as a Pastor, seminary training, and the ability to relate to both the Chinese speaking and English speaking congregation and a multi-generational group.
