Pastoral Ministries

Mentoring
We all learn differently and we all can learn from a mentoring relationship.  Through a mentoring relationship we can gain insights in the pastoral task toward personal development, growth and empowerment.

PaLM's Ekklesia Ministry offers various mentoring opportunities for those in professional pastoral ministry as well as for those preparing for full-time ministry.

Types of Mentoring Available:
One-on-One Mentoring is available on a six-month cycle basis.  In this mentoring relationship, the mentor will meet with the mentoree at regular intervals to pray, study and discuss together relevant issues in ministry.  Each mentoring relationship is tailored to fit the mentoree's unique needs and environment.  At the end of the cycle, the mentoring relationship may be extended to another six-month when desired.

Group Mentoring is also available on a six-month cycle.  The mentor will meet with a group (no more than five) of mentorees on a monthly basis.  In a discussion format, they will study and discuss relevant issues in ministry.
