Church Consultation is a three-stage process that takes two to four days to complete.

• In the first stage the consultant assists the church in a self-inventory of its ministry strengths and weaknesses.
• In the second stage the consultant with the church evaluates the data gathered, including on-site observations.
• In stage three the consultant with the church leaders offers a plan for growth and development.

These workshops are designed to help churches and their leaders better understand their ministry and ministry development.  What it takes to understand church ministry dynamics, to bring renewal, and to overcome inertia in ministry.  Each workshop is about three hours.
