Ekklesia is Greek for "church." PaLM's Ekklesia Ministry seeks to minister to the church by offering its pastors and leaders tools to grow their congregations and retool their ministry tasks. PaLM's Ekklesia Ministry has two components: Church Ministries and Pastoral Ministries. Its Church Ministries module provides diagnostic tools to evaluate and grow healthy congregations. Its Pastoral Ministries module provides pastors and full-time ministry workers tools for personal renewal and effective leadership.
